A message from Jamie Alonso on Male Champions of Change

“I’ve joined Male Champions of Change because I believe making gender equality the norm should be front-of-mind in our business and wider industry. As leaders, we need to make proactive changes by shifting the discourse from talking about the issue and instead, focus on taking action – ensuring it is absolutely embedded in our culture and how we work in order to achieve progress.

Diversity of thought yields more growth and learning for better business and social outcomes for everyone. I acknowledge we still have work to do, and I’m looking forward to learning and sharing more in this space with peers so we can collectively influence and drive positive change together.”
