Clive Stiff joined the National est2016 Male Champions of Change group in 2016,
Clive leads ca. 2000 people across Unilever’s head offices, local manufacturing sites and retail outlets.
Before joining Unilever in April 2012 Clive was the Managing Director of Goodman Fielder’s Baking Division in Sydney. Clive started his career in fast moving consumer goods in 1986 with Procter & Gamble. He held various positions in Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning and General Management in country, regional and global roles, with assignments in Switzerland, The Netherlands, South Africa, Belgium and France. Clive’s last role before leaving P&G in 2008 was Chief Executive of the French business, based in Paris.
Clive is Deputy Chairman of the Australian Food and Grocery Council (AFGC), and Co-Chairman of the Trading Partner Forum (TPF). He is also a Non-Executive Director of Sustainable Business Australia (SBA) and a member of the Business Advisory Councils of the University of New South Wales Business School and the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Clive is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Masters in Management from the Ecoles des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Lausanne, Switzerland.
